Despair1 240x300 Whhhhyyyyy????

………..ok, so my ego has recovered and I picked myself up and got back on the wagon. Today I realized something, just like every other area of my life that has worked,  a plan is necessary. I guess I thought I was just going to magically leap out of bed every morning.  If I am going to break out of an old habit and create a new one I need some guidelines.   Specific things I can do every morning to get addicted to.

So I have set out a plan for the morning.   From drinking a full glass of water the moment I get out of bed and doing 15 minutes of fulfillment,  to specific projects I am going to work on with the extra 90 minutes I have on the mornings I am not working out.

I realized this is not going to be as cut and dry as I thought  It was important for me thought to be authentic with your guys. Excited about those of you who have joined me, Karen, Lisa, Sebastian and others!

Looking forward to learning a lot from this. This is NOT going to get the best of me.

Night Night!

Awesome! It’s amazing how your days go when you get in the habit of waking up early and immediately doing what you deem important. Just for the sake of sharing, I like to check the night before what time the sun is coming up the next morning, set my alarm for that time, immediately get up, put on clothes and go outside for either a walk, a quick jog, a work out, a walk with affirmations, just something outside. And then when I return I read which ever personal development book I’m currently learning from for at least 30 minutes to wake up my brain and put myself in the right overall state. After that, I’m so pumped to get right to the big rocks and priorities of what will aid in progression! I absolutely love doing this! The days I don’t do it are noticeably less productive. When I do do it, I’m super productive, and very happy all day, and everything just seems to go my way. Amazing how that happens! So to recap, I get up early, go outside, wake of my body, and then wake up my mind, and then I ignite the day!
PS, love that you have your website up and going! Love and miss you Mina!
